Sunset Apart Boutique is an innovative project comprising 35 apartments transformed into an apart-hotel, where space optimization and elegant design merge seamlessly. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with a focus on functionality, utilizing a variety of materials, lighting, and art to create efficient, comfortable, and modern environments. Drawing inspiration from experiences in New York, the design employs neutral tones and features 35 striking photographs from Europe, the USA, and Central America adorning the walls, infusing each space with color and energy.​

This project exemplifies a harmonious blend of practicality and aesthetic appeal, offering guests a unique and immersive living experience in the heart of Santiago.
